WoodBridge Ranch is a planned development located in the Northeast corner of Sacramento County and the Southwest corner of Placer County, California which features custom homes sprawled over 350 acres of gently rolling hills. It boasts a countryside setting on lots ranging from ½ acre to over 2 acres. There are 237 home sites and many acres of greenbelt. Greenbelt paths that wind through the development are popular destinations jogging, walking and biking. Wildlife abounds in these greenbelt areas and it is not uncommon to come upon turkeys, squirrels or pheasants as you encounter your neighbors enjoying the local natural beauty.

WoodBridge Ranch’s amenities include two private parks. Each park contains restrooms, picnic areas, playground equipment for the children, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball courts. The parks are open for the use of residents and accompanied guests during the day and evening hours. The larger of the two parks, Lake Park, contains a 20 acre lake teeming with fish, turtles and other wildlife. With a trail around the lake it becomes a popular destination for residents to walk, jog and exercise with their dogs on a leash. Doggie litter bags are available in several locations. Much of the park consists of a grassy area with a baseball diamond and a regulation soccer goal for anyone wanting to brush up on their soccer skills. Playground equipment and a covered area for picnics and meetings are also part of Lake Park.
