Rules apply to all landscaping visible from
the street.

Lawns are to be kept healthy, green and
growing.

Lawns are not to exceed 4 inches in
height.
·
Lawns are to be kept relatively weed
free.
·
Shrubs are to be kept trimmed in a neat
manner.
·
Shrubs are to be kept pruned back from
the street.
·
Shrubs located on corner lots are to be
kept trimmed in such a manner that they do not restrict the views of drivers
within ten (10) feet of an intersection.
·
Planted areas are to be maintained in a
neat and orderly way and relatively weed free.
·
Weeds 6” or more in height and that are
easily visible from the street, living or dead, are to be removed.
·
Front or side yards that are visible from
the street that are left in a natural state or planted as an orchard are to be
maintained in a neat and orderly manner. Weeds are to be kept mowed.

Backyard areas that have not been
landscaped are to be maintained according to local fire codes to mitigate the
chances of a fire.

All dead trees are to be removed.

All dead limbs are to be removed.
·
Fruit dropped from trees is to be removed
weekly to preclude the harboring of unwanted insects as well as to preclude
providing a food source for skunks, possums, raccoons and other wild life that
exist in the area.

Trees located on corner lots are to be
kept trimmed in such a manner that they do not restrict the visibility of
street signs or the views of drivers within ten (10) feet of an intersection.

Any lot that is undeveloped is to be
mowed by May 15 (weather permitting) to mitigate the
chances of a fire. This protects
neighboring houses and fences as well as any native trees on the property.

The Association will contract with a
service to mow any lot that has not been mowed prior to the weeds beginning to
die back. The cost for this service will
be billed to the owner of the property.
