Dogs

·         Dogs must be on a leash whenever they are being walked or exercised on the streets or on the common areas within WoodBridge Ranch.  Both Sacramento County and Placer County have leash laws that are enforced.

Holiday Decorations

·         Homeowners are encouraged to help make WoodBridge Ranch an enjoyable place to live.  One of the ways to add to the enjoyment are festive exterior decorations for the holidays and their timely removal.  Exterior holiday decorations are to be removed within 30 days of the holiday.
